    2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
    3. Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
    4. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
    5. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

    1.4 Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
